Besides producing excellent lenses like the 14mm f1.8, I'd like to report they have excellent customer service.
My friend purchased a used Sigma 50mm Art from B&H and has always received from them clear communication, prompt service, and so far hasn't been charged a cent, even in cases of obvious negligence.
He recently crushed the electronic contacts on his 50mm, and Sigma asked no questions and replaced the contacts assembly for free and returned the lens to him. Images attached.
DIGLLOYD: sounds impressive, and the Sigma Art optics are for the most part very impressive.
