Workflow: Quickly Viewing and Organizing Images
In DAP are added a number of new pages showing how to quickly view images right in the OS X Finder, including a slide show, index sheet, oversized icon views and more. This functionality is built-in, so no extra software is needed. In the field, these features bypass the tedious Import process for programs like Adobe Lightroom or Apple Aperture, allowing instant viewing of a day’s shoot.
Updated is Downloading and Backing Up Images In The Field (applicable to any computing platform).
A new addition is OS X Finder: Quickly Organize Photos Into New Folders, which discusses how to quickly and efficiently organize a day’s shoot into folders. While the OS X Finder is used, the same ideas apply to any computing platform.
